Studio 8 | Quiet in the Metropolis

The project "Quiet in the Metropolis" is located in the Tsakalov complex—an industrial site at the heart of Tel Aviv—adjacent to the Kirya Sefer Community Park. Currently, the inner street of the complex is filled with parking lots, garages, and cars, spanning approximately 12 dunams. The design proposes an open and high-quality space with green areas and environments that accommodate various programs for individuals, couples, groups, and the community, aiming to create a quiet and pleasant space within the urban metropolis.
